• Our cooking challenges are designed such that large groups are divided into smaller teams consisting of 4-6 individuals.
• Each team is assigned a chef who will assist them through the duration of the challenge.
• The teams will be given complete autonomy on how they choose to subdivide tasks and responsibilities.
• The challenge will then be to cook a complete 3-course meal (under the instruction of a master chef). Teams are then judged on specific parameters

2) Presentation of Courses

3) Execution

4) Organization / Team Spirit / Team Cohesiveness

5) Informational Retentiveness ( concepts, names, and ideas they were introduced to during      the lesson)

• Awards / Gifts are given to the winning team. Everyone celebrates afterwards with a convivial meal and drinks together.
